    Our Story

    We have been visiting and staying in Cape Coral for over 25 years and are now welcoming you to our home.

    Cape Coral has been described the "Venice of the United States" with over 400 miles of man-made canals. Your lanai offers a view of the 200' wide Navajo Canal which leads directly into the Caloosahatchee River. Enjoy first floor, one-level living in your newly appointed condo. The heated pool is just steps from your door.

        Yes, we require a minimum stay of 2 weeks.

        2 week minimum due to condominium rules.

        Yes there is a large heated pool just steps from your lanai.  It overlooks the 200' wide Navajo Canal, watch the fish (mullet) jump, occasional sightings of dolphins and manatees can occur, to!

        The primary suite has a king size bed an en suite bathroom along with a walk-in closet. There is also a sliding door to enjoin the tropical breezes. It is located on the canal side of the building.

        The secondary bedroom is at the front of the unit.  It contains 2 XLong twin beds which can be converted to a king size bed. Conversion kit and bedding is included.

        No.  Beach towels and a beach blanket are provided along with two (2) folding camp chairs in bags with shoulder straps. There is also a small insulated cooler for keeping your beverages chilled.

        Yes. The provider is xFinity.  There is a 65" QLED television and a Roku sound bar for your enjoyment.

        Yes. A rental agreement will be presented to you and all occupants on the lease must sign and be approved by the HOA. There is a fee for a credit / background check that is payable directly to the property management company. They make the final determination of approval.

        In the unit is a refringerator with an ice maker, electric stove, over the range microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

        Additionally, there is a hair dryer in the primary bathroom. 

        Daytime hours and it closes at dusk. There are owners who reside year round in their units so we ask that you be a good neighbor and be respectful of their needs, too.

        Once you arrive, please review the pool rules sign within the pool area.

        There are lounges,, chairs and tables with umbrellas available to use on a first-come basis.

        Yes. There are a multitude of restaurants of all levels within just a few minutes of the condo with a variety of cuisines available.

        Yes. This condo is ideally sited for easy access to grocery shopping within just a few minutes drive.

        Additionally, there are department stores in abundancyf.

        Drug stores are also located within just a couple of miles.

        Yes. Ft. Myers is across the Cape Coral  Bridge and will bring you to Ft. Myers Beach (FMB) , Sanibel and Captiva islands where you can enjoy the beautiful waters of the Gulf.

        Yes. Cape Coral has a hospital, Lee Health just a few miles away on DelPrado Boulevard. 

        There are multiple Urgent Care facilities within just a short drive from the unit. In addition, there are general dentists, oral surgeons, ophthalmologists, orthopaedics and many other specialists near.
